Meet Jasmin

Hi, I’m Jasmin.
I’m so glad you’re here!

Let’s start with the formalities- it’s important for you to know that I have the qualifications to be your therapist. I hold a Bachelor of Counselling and a Master of Guidance and Counselling, I am a registered Clinical Supervisor, and have Level 4 registration with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

With six years of experience, I’ve worked alongside clients aged 3 to 70, supporting individuals, families, and communities through some of life’s most challenging moments. My practice focuses on areas like depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and family separation. I also have a special interest in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and am proud to have spent much of my career in the NDIS space, building meaningful relationships with clients and collaborating closely with local therapists and service providers.

What drives my work is a deep curiosity about people - the emotions, motivations, and stories that shape their lives. I love helping clients untangle the complexities of their thoughts and feelings, guiding them toward understanding themselves better and creating positive, lasting change. To me, counselling isn’t about offering quick fixes; it’s about walking alongside you in your journey, holding space for your growth, and helping you uncover the tools to navigate life’s challenges.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me at hot yoga, binge-watching a true crime show, or sneaking bites of raw cookie dough (despite every warning about food poisoning). If I ever call out sick, just know the cookie dough was totally worth it!
